Thank You Emails to Donors
Follow this best practice for sending emails to your Item Donors through the ClickBid Admin and Mass Messaging upgrade feature.
Add Donors
Items > Manage Donors > Add Donor
Add the following information
- Donated Item Name
- Item Number
- Display Name
- Donor Name
- FMV
- Donor Email
Email Donors
Bidders > Email Bidders > Compose an Email > Choose Filter 'Item Donors'.
When sending this thank you email, compose your message and include the following shortcodes.
[f] = First Name (will show the name specified in Donor Name
[l] = Last Name (will show the name specified in Donor Display Name
[items] = Donated Items (will show a bulleted list of donated item names and their FMVs)
