What does Donations to Display mean?

Items > Manage Items > Donation Item > Projected Display Settings > Donations to Display.

All Donations to This Item - Text to give donations, floor bid donations, paddle raise donations, and mobile donations.

Placeholder (Floor Bid) - This takes place of the floor bid function in the Butler. These donations will only be made through the butler. You will need to add each donation to the bidder record once the paddle raise has been completed.

Exclude Text to Give - Will include floor bids, bids added through the butler, and bids added by a guest.

TIP - Make sure to have a few spotters writing down bidder numbers and amounts to cross-reference before entering totals into the butler.
