      What Each Report Includes

       

      Bidders: To get a list of the bidders in your admin, go to Bidders>Manage Bidders-CSV to put information into an excel spreadsheet

      Report includes:

      Current Winning Bids: Under Event Central > Current Winning Bids, we recommend using this report to get your items ready for pickup (sort by bidder)

      Merchant Report: When using the software's processing, in this report you will be able to issue refunds. The Merchant Report Includes:

      Event Sales: Under Reports > Event Sales, this report covers item sales information. This is the report that we recommend the most when looking at information post event.

      Bid History: see all bids placed throughout your event

      Items by Bid Volume: Pie chart of items (includes # of bids per item and percentage of total amount of bids placed)

      Consignment Detail: Any items you have marked as consignment will show in this report.

      Bids by Category: Pie chart of categories (includes the total amount of bids placed per category and percentage of total # of bids)

      Bidders by $ Amount: Pie chart of total $ amount per bidder (includes bidder with the amount that they spent and percentage of what they contributed towards the auction’s total)

      Bids Over Time: Line graph of bids by time

      Report includes:

      • Time (in 15 minute increments)

      Non Silent Items: view sales information for your Live/Donation/Quantity Items/Raffle

      Checkout: Top portion shows items not paid for, while the bottom lists the items that are already paid for.

      Bidder Statements: This is where you can access receipts for everyone who has won an item or donated/purchased that have not checked out.  Use this report to generate invoices for guests. You can generate all receipts, only those with a credit card on file, only those without a credit card on file, or only those as yet unpaid. You can also sort by last name or bidder number. 

      Paid Bidder Statements:  This is where you can access receipts for everyone who has won an item or donated/purchased that have checked out.  Use this report to generate receipts for guests.  This report is organized by bidder number order.

      Post Event Report (4-24 hour window): Reports for a set period of time that are emailed to the address that you provide.

      EventStream Watched: This will show you the data on the viewers of your live EventStream.  You can search a date range within this report.

      Totals by Tag: This will break down your totals based on tags added to items or bidders.  You can created a display chart and share that chart here.
