Where Is My Archived Data?

 

** Accessing archived data under "Connect to Archives" only pertains to events that occurred prior to our January 10th multiple events release.

  • When on the organization page in your admin click the Event Status dropdown and select "Show All Events", and click Filter Events. This will bring up all old and current events. Any event that was created after 1/10 will not have the archives available.
  • Click the "Go to Event Admin" of your old event and follow the steps below to access your old event information


To access old data that has been archived
 go to Software Settings > Connect to Archives

  • Click on "Switch Archive" in the top right corner to find all archived data from previous events.
  • In any of the reports, you can use the search area on the top right for something specific or click on the CSV button to download a spreadsheet of the archived data.

  • Use the tabs on the left to navigate to different parts of the archive.
