Why are texts coming from two different numbers?

In the past, we used the same number for both mass messaging and system notices. However, since mass messaging is heavily utilized, we were finding that one number could not support both mass messaging and ClickBid System Notices. Important notices such as login codes, and outbid notices were not being sent properly. To remedy this, we assigned the 844-339-6509 number for mass messaging and the 56651 number for system notices.

Text messages that come from the 844 number:

• Welcome Text sent through the Butler
• Mass Messaging texts that come with the Enhanced and Full Suite Licenses

Text messages that come from 56651 (855-800-4975 for Canadian Orgs):

• Outbid notices
• Login Code messages
• Text to give
