'Your Card does not support this type of purchase' Error Message

This error message is from the credit card processor, Stripe. 

With some bank-issued debit card settings, PIN numbers may be required for the card to be processed. 

Through Stripe's online credit card processor, a PIN number cannot be entered. 

So, this debit card transaction is being blocked by the issuing bank since no PIN number has been provided and the purchase cannot be approved without one.

Recommendation: Our recommendation is to have the bidder use a different card to process payment. The bidder can simply re-process payment to checkout with the new card information.
