Admin Log In

Signing Into the Admin

  • Email: The email used to create your user profile. Click here to learn more about users.
  • Password: use the password that was created from the verification email. If you do not remember your password, you can press 'Forgot Password' which will send an email to the one on file prompting you to change your password. 

After January 2023, all users will log in using their email and password set up in their user profile. Keywords are no longer used for logging in. 

If you do not have a user account created,  you will be prompted to create one at the time you try to sign in to the admin.

Once you click 'Create Account', an email will be sent to the email address on file with instructions for creating the user profile. If more than one email address is added to your account, you will be able to select which email you would like to associate the account with (screenshot below).

Password Reset

Don't know your password when attempting to login? Follow the 'Forgot Password' which will send an email to the one on file. 


Once you are logged in, you will be brought to a page to enter the organization you are working in or the event you are working in

If you select to sign in through the organization, you will be brought to the organization's home page.

From here, sign into the specific event shown by clicking "Go to Event Admin"

If you select to sign in by the event, you will be brought to the admin for that event like normal.
